Yes, but I don't see how Sara and Temperance could have been unaware of Lisa's presence to start with. Lisa was at the audition, too. We can assume they all headed to the cafeteria together. So although Lisa isn't part of the conversation right now, it's not as if, were she to pleasantly excuse herself, they'd be all, "Aaah! You scared us, Lisa. Where did you come from?"

I wasn't suggesting that she'd arrived separately, just that they've fallen into a conversation with each other, and edited her out of the scene. She'll stay edited out, so long as she doesn't do anything to draw attention to herself - like excuse herself, which would do nothing but force them to acknowledge her.
