I dunno what you're talking about, man. I just commented on a dumb joke someone else made on the internet, on a forum I'm on fairly often. You apparently felt the need to register on this forum (perhaps not your only account?) just to bitch at me about this. But whatevs. :3

Whoever that is, a new person or not, I was tempted for a moment to break out the ol' Orson Welles sarcastic clap GIF animation, but you know what? Those two posts aren't even worth that. *high-fives Ollie*

What Tamar said, including the high-five for Ollie.

But while I'm at it, I wonder what an "überfeminazi" (please note the correct spelling of über) is. Is it, like, a higher rank of feminazi? Do I earn it after I burn enough bras or something?

Ollie, the over-the-top nature of the post, gruesome though it was, signalled quite clearly that the poster was not serious.

Now, I don't think it was particularly amusing, and would have found another way to express my dislike if it had been me. But it isn't worth a second glance, and certainly not worth picking up after everyone else had ignored it, and getting worked up over it to the extent of Godwinising the thread.

None of us has the right to go through life without being offended. This is a minor irritation, just ignore it.

I did notice there was a bad joke. Often the best thing to do after a bad joke is to ignore it (which also is a way to express disapproval). If someone else had commented that the joke was funny, that would have been the right time to say "no, that isn't funny".

Not bras. Men.

I'm quite disappointed to see the term "feminazi" on these forums, comparing feminists to nazis means saying that those who want to end oppression of both men and women are really the oppressors. But I have a feeling we won't see it again.

I'm thinking that's not permitted on the Tamar diet.

I'm guessing it's a feminazi who has somehow found Longinus Lance and then discarded it for its obvious phallic symbolism, then proceeded to beat all the men at the olympics just to condemn the games for their reinforcement of typical masculine competitive behaviour and then dropped out of the nazi party and started teaching women's studies because feminism and nazism don't really go that well together.

(...It's a joke)

Oh, here we go.

NobodySpecial, I was a little freaked out by the joke myself. I don't think it makes you terrible. It just didn't work for me in the context of the forum.

schnipschnapman, my general policy is to have a little patience with people who've been around a while, but not so much with people who come in and break the rules immediately. So that's why you're banned.
