"Do you have a sexual preference?"
"Yes"

I kinda interpreted it as Temp(Rance?... Ranny?) having a fit over the typo in the paper. It also kind of makes it more "real" as more often than not, people don't bother with the spell check in informal things.
Keep smiling! It makes people wonder what you've been up to :D

I dislike Jade less now. I think the paper is just being handed around the dorms for yuks, sort of an icebreaker thing maybe? I'm sure Lisa is behind it.

You know with all this talk of typos and accents... I think it'd be funny if British characters like her talked with British spellings "colour", this also applies to Canadian trans girls :D

Also that bead spread looks like a fruit by the foot, I want to eat it.

Questions like "Sexual preference? Answer yes or no." sound like the kind of smartassery characteristic of Internet quizzes, though... not sure why she printed it out, though... or where she got a circular-ream printer. I have a horrible sinking feeling it's one the university bought c. 1992...

Do you have a sexual preference? Yes or No?

The what your sexual preference is, is a different question.

But, when you're asexual, do you answer yes or no? In other words, is "I prefer not to" a preference?

Yes.
Also, please write only on two sides of the paper.
Around here, the "Yes/No" question is usually gender. As in
Gender
Yes / No / Other

Also, Jade's bedspread is like three or four kinds of DO WANT!

Yeah, I'm only trying to kill a few minutes before it's school time.
(NO1CURR: We are going to have a project feedback session we are all supposed to attend, and our group's leader (my gf) misses it because she has a job interview. The teacher assigned to lead the project is someone I will probably rant to the bad day thread once we're done, so stay tuned.)

Uh, regarding typos, I'm also pretty sure it's supposed to be "microfortnight", without the "k".

Unless Jade wants to be a microfortknight in shining armour.

As a non-US person, I appreciate the inclusion of details like "we declare majors at the end of the year". They give me a better understanding of the comic's context, so thank you, T!

I would, yes. Thank you.

Also, I would have loved that bedspread my freshman year.

I am also very curious as to what comic-me is up to.

Sexual preference? Yes, I prefer sex. Lol.

Love that bedspread Jade's got. I do think she is fast becoming my favorite secondary character. She would have been an awesome addition to my college pals (MAST forever! <3 ) with that sense of humor. Granted, Lisa is pretty much got my friend Traci's spunk already and I think that's why I like her so much. Actually, I enjoy how much the whole comic brings me back to my college misadventures.
