 The Rules
(I almost hate to put these up, because our readers have rarely needed them. But just in case.)
1. Keep vaguely on-topic. Anything related to the strip, either of its creators, "teen comics" or teenage life in general is fair game, and natural digressions in a long thread are fine.
2. Show respect for other posters. Debates are fine, but don't make it personal. We have little patience for "Ur an Id1ot" talk here.
3. That includes personal attacks on me or Gisele. That said, criticism of our work is certainly fair game.
That's it. Have fun!
[EDIT: As this forum continues to grow, I can only devote a certain amount of time each day to keeping up with it. If a situation emerges which seems to be breaking these rules, give me a heads-up with an e-mail.]

Does that mean I can criticize these rules?

Sure, I suppose.
I'm unlikely to bend on this stuff much, though, because it's been in the back of my mind for five years or more.

Those rules are more common sense than actual ruling, so I don't see any problem with them.
Say, theres no "No posts after 8:00 PM allowed" rule ^^

Agreed.

Would be kinda tricky seeing as there are, you know, forum posters from different timezones .

After this wednesday's thread, I think you could use a "Thou Shalt Not Bait Flamers or Flame Baiters" and also a "Thou Shalt Drop Disputes That Were Settled 10 Pages Ago and Didn't Concern Thou"
I know that seems like you guys got that covered under respecting each other, but it seems like this may be more direct.

I'd like to keep this as simple as possible. If the old rules cover the situation, they don't need updating.

Listen, but after all it means, it is possible what to tell everything, when necessary both to everybody! And the most joyful, what to you for criticism will be nothing? Ha-ha-ha!

Wow... a spambot with a cute avatar pic? That's it, I hereby surrender to and welcome our new software overlords. There's just no stopping them, now.
